BUREN has advised Ewals on the acquisition of the Vos Transport Group.
Ewals Cargo Care is an internationally operating logistics service provider with a strong multimodal FTL network covering key European corridors. The combination of both businesses further strengthens the position in both Full Truck Load and Part Loads and creates an integrated European logistics network.
Vos Transport Group is a pan-European logistics service provider with a strong position in international road transport across Northwestern Europe. The company is active in LTL and groupage transport and also offers FTL transport, warehousing, and cross-docking services.
Vos Transport Group will continue to operate as a standalone business unit within the Part Loads division of Ewals Cargo Care and will play a leading role in these activities.
